Their drivers are very helpful. Once, my parents were travelling from Aurangabad. I booked tickets for them with Shangrila Travels but as I was in a rush, I booked the upper berths for them. Now I was in a fix that how could my parents climb to the upper berth with their knee pain(due to old age). I requested the bus driver and he talked to some passengers and convinced one of them to swap their berths with us. I was really thankful to the Shangrila Travels driver and I have written this review just to acknowledge his selfless nature.

I had the best bus journey of my life with Shangrila Travels. To start from, their online portal was very user-friendly. Next, it was the first time that I had seen the bus start at the designated time. When I got into the bus, the comfort that I felt was unmatchable. From the window of my seat I could see bumpy roads but could not feel them much. They also dropped me 15 mins prior to the designated time. So all-in-all it was a perfect journey with nothing to complain about.

Me and my wife were planning to go to Mumbai. We checked reviews for various private bus service providers and Shangrila Travels seemed to be a safe bet. We booked our tickets through their app which was really good and we even got some discount. The journey too was very smooth which pushed us to book our return tickets with them.
